How can we be sure you will give priority to our claims?
C&S appoint key personnel to manage client business ensuring individual accountability.  Service standards, quality management and management information requirements are agreed with each client.





Won’t we lose control by passing work out?
We work with our clients as a partnership and we believe that our approach including the agreement of key objectives, claims philosophy and service standards ensure the client retains effective control.  If available we can utilise the clients own IT system.





In what areas do you specialise?
Motor personal injury, clinical negligence, employers liability, public liability and professional indemnity.





Can you guarantee confidentiality, if so, how?
C&S advocate, alongside the use of client headed paper, we can implement a P O Box address dedicated telephone number(s) which facilitate discretion. 
 




What sort of capacity do you have for claims handling?
Our infrastructure and our resourcing model provides the flexibility and the ability to absorb substantial agreed volumes either as a "one off” or cumulatively over a period of time.  In either scenario we are not reckless and maintaining the quality of our work and meeting agreed service standards takes precedence.
